Are you sociable, energetic, and like to move? If so, then swing dancing may be a good fit for you to learn out of all of the dance styles out there. Swing dancing is fun and not that difficult when you compare it to some other dances out there.  Swing dancing is a popular social dance. It's generally upbeat, lively and a lot of fun to watch—and to dance! Like most dance styles, there are variations of the dance.
Cost: $75Â
That's only 25$ a class and includes your dance and another drop-in beginner lesson at 745 pm with the entire group!
You will learn
The basic 6 count steps.
How to lead and follow a partner.
Listening to music.
Connection
How to transition between moves
As an aerobic, cardio workout it can reduce blood pressure and the risk of heart disease. Dancing can also improve your balance, stamina, flexibility and muscle strength.
