This is a 4-week class starting April 5th and ending April 26th.

Cost: $50

The basic 6 count steps.

How to lead and follow a partner.

Listening to music.

How to transition between moves

Coronavirus:  If we are to postpone these classes after you have registered, we will inform you immediately of this decision.   

Suburban Swing wants to be responsible right now and realistic. Canada, particularly BC is currently rated as low risk.

In saying that we are taking new precautions to protect the public and our dancers.

-If you have been on a plane to anywhere in the past 14 days, we ask that you take a break from Suburban Swing events for 14 days to ensure that you are clear of the virus.

-If you are in the high-risk age group of 70 years and up, we ask you to take a break for now from Suburban Swing Events. We care about you and do not want any accidental infections.

-If you have any serious preconditions that could affect you grievously, we ask you to be very cautious.

We will remain open as long as schools, public gatherings, and public events continue to operate. The moment health officials ask for the temporary suspension of public gatherings, we will comply.

Please understand that this is a difficult time and that we organizers are talking to each other across North America and especially within the swing dance community here at home. things are changing daily.

Updates will be posted as we understand more information.

We will transfer your registration forward to the next available classes as a credit.  Please register only if you're comfortable with this.
