What is Boogie Woogie?

Boogie Woogie is a swing dance that evolved from Lindy Hop and typically danced to Boogie Woogie music. Although it is less present in North America, it is popular in Europe and is starting to become more so in Montreal. Known for its fast feet and high energy, it is on of the most fun swing dances to learn!

What is Rockabilly Jive?

Rockabilly Jive is a swing dance that is very popular in the province of Quebec and parts of Europe. It is fast paced, upbeat and typically danced to Rockabilly or 50s Rock N Roll style music. Note that Rockabilly Jive is quite different from American Jive or Ballroom Jive.
